Most enquiries get a reply within two business days. Quotes take longer — we usually want a follow-up call and a site visit before putting a meaningful number in front of you.
Yes — the first 30-minute phone call is on us. Site visits are paid (we put time into preparing for them), and the fee is credited back if you proceed with us.
Site address, scope of works (new build, extension, renovation), a rough budget range, and your ideal timeline. Drawings or inspiration images help us understand the brief faster.
Our minimum project value is $250,000. Below that we struggle to deliver the standard of craft we want our name attached to — but we are happy to refer you to trusted trades for smaller jobs.
Some of our recent projects open for visits by arrangement with the owners. Mention this in your enquiry and we will see what we can put in front of you.
